You will receive a 1/2 grass-fed, grass-finished beast, expertly butchered, meticulously cryovac packed in meal sized portions, and conveniently delivered right to your doorstep. Priced at $15.35 per kg dressed weight, this is a really economical way to buy premium grass-fed, no added hormone beef in bulk. This is an ideal order for larger families who have room in the freezer to store bulk meat. All beef comes from cattle from our family farm, Black Angus and Speckle Park breeds.

Tailor your order by selecting preferred cuts, steak thickness, and quantities of minced products via our digital cut sheet after you place your order.

Ensure your freezer is big enough!  This is a big order, providing you with a ongoing source of healthy grass-fed beef for family meals. Keep for yourself or split with family and friends - purchasing a 1/2, butchered beast offers economic savings, saves time, and provides peace of mind that you'll always have meat on hand for dinner.  It also allows you to enjoy all cuts of meat including those you might not ordinarily buy on their own. 

You will receive one side of beef including:

Brisket, Roasts, Corned beef/silverside, Eye fillet, Rib fillet, T Bone, Rump, Osso Bucco, Mince, Sausages, Steakettes, Diced beef, Ribs. 

The weight of every beast we process is slightly different so the weight of each order will vary slightly each time but each is as close to 100kg of dressed weight, which equates to a 1/2 of the 200kg whole body of beef.

This is priced at $15.35 per kg, resulting in a total payment of $1,535.

All our orders now come with the choice of standard sausages or pure beef 'paleo style' sausages. The pure beef sausages are made from our Budgee Valley grass fed beef, salt, pepper and garlic. They are filler, binder and preservative free. Let us know in the notes when you order if you'd like to make the switch to paleo style sausages.
For deliveries, please check our Delivery Areas page here to ensure delivery to your area. If you place an order and it is outside our Delivery Areas, we mat need to refund your order. Flat rate delivery for 1/2 beast is $79 (5-6 shipping cartons).

After you place an order you will be advised of delivery days and times. 

You will also be sent a link to complete your Cut Sheet of preferences for our butcher.

We ordered a 1/4 beast. The meat has been absolutely delicious. Our daughters absolutely love the sausages and won’t eat any other type now. Steaks are delicious and tender. We will definitely be ordering again.

Highly recommend Budgee Valley Beef. This beef is so tender and melt in your mouth good. You won't be disappointed. Matt and his wife are very friendly and helpful as well which made the ordering process very straightforward. I can't recommend these guys enough!!!

Purchased a whole beast in June 25. Sausages and mince are the best we've had in ages. The rest of the cuts are pretty good without being "best ever". Only disappointing thing...we wanted veal, hence the requirement to purchase a whole beast. It isn't veal.

We are so happy we found Budgee Valley Beef a few months ago. Our first order was the 10kg Taster Box...every cut of meat was tender, easy to cook and we love the variety of cuts to try and the cooking guidelines sheet was so helpful. Since then we have ordered the 15kg Family Favourites and it was great too. Customer service is outstanding and it is so convenient to have delivery to your door.
