Keep for yourself or split with family and friends - purchasing a 1/4, butchered beast offers economic savings, saves time, and provides peace of mind that you'll always have meat on hand for dinner. It also allows you to enjoy all cuts of meat including those you might not ordinarily buy on their own.
You will receive half of one side. This means some of the fore quarter and some of the rear quarter including:
Brisket, Roasts, Corned beef/silverside, Eye fillet, Rib fillet, T Bone, Rump, Osso Bucco, Mince, Sausages, Steakettes, Diced beef, Ribs. Note: Tallow not included in an order of 1/4 beast, this is available as an add-on for $12.
The weight of every beast we process is slightly different so the weight of each order will vary slightly each time but each is as close to 50kg of dressed weight, which equates to a 1/4 of the 200kg whole body of beef.
This is priced at $16.30 per kg, resulting in a total payment of $815.
All our orders now come with the choice of standard sausages or pure beef 'paleo style' sausages. The pure beef sausages are made from our Budgee Valley grass fed beef, salt, pepper and garlic. They are filler, binder and preservative free. Let us know in the notes when you order if you'd like to make the switch to paleo style sausages.
