Beef hearts are known for their nutritional content and are rich in iron, zinc and B vitamins.  Beef hearts can be diced or sliced and cooked on high heat or low and slow and enjoyed on its own.  Can also be cut into small pieces and frozen to add to recipes to boost nutritional content.  Budgee Valley Beef grass fed and finished beef heart is sold in 1kg portions.
